AI Engine and Templates

Operators can reply to e-mail in two ways with Akio Mail Center: they can either search for standard replies in the database using selection criteria, or they can use Artificial Intelligence (AI).

With AI, search results will be even better. The most relevant replies proposed from the knowledge base are automatically selected then displayed for the operator to choose their preferred reply. The reply’s quality is therefore guaranteed.
