Akio Mail Center is typically installed on a single server although it is also available as a hosted ASP based solution. Users access their space using a secure login via their Internet browser.

This also means there is no software to install or support on client PC’s and your users can work from any location.

Akio Mail Center also supports multiple domains so if you are processing email for several companies with different domain names you can keep the knowledge bases separate.

Integration

Unlike other email processing systems you do not need to purchase a different CRM system to use Akio. Integration can be carried out with any CRM system.

Administration

Mail boxes, user profiles, domains and access rights are created by the system administrator. The system administrator is also responsible for administration of standard replies, the knowledge base and template integration.

Emailcenter provide full support of Akio Mail Center along with system implementation, project management, installation, configuration and user/admin training services.
