Email Routing

Each incoming e-mail into Akio Mail Center is forwarded to a specific operator according to the selected routing criteria:

  • PERSONAL: Each operator is allocated a specific list of customers. The operator then processes all incoming e-mail sent by “their” customers.

  • FIFO: (First In, First Out): Each incoming e-mail is allocated to the first free operator, in order of arrival.

  • MANUAL RESERVATION: Akio™ Mail Center supervises the tracking of all messages received. Each e-mail’s current processing status (e.g. whether details have been requested from the customer or internally) is displayed in real time.
