the Maxemail API to remove manual processes
Simply
Media are a media company that produce a wide range of content
channels including Avenue 11 the daily entertainment news
service and The Baby Channel. Visitors to the Simply site
are able to sign-up for a variety of email newsletters. Each
newsletter they wish to request is tailored according to the
information they provide.
As
the newsletters have grown there has been the need to automate
much of the production utilising the Maxemail API and other
automation features. These include:

Double-opt-in
form submissions go directly into the Maxemail database
removing the need for CSV import

from the Simply XML news feeds is automatically parsed
into each email template
