Leaders in retention focused email marketing programmes

As a result of our significant and continued company growth we are looking for additional resources to join our team at our Northamptonshire offices.

We currently have positions for the following roles:

Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of every aspect of our Maxemail platform
Provide a key interface between Software Development and Sales, Marketing and Client Services teams
Monitor and manage the user experience for each feature of the platform
Maintaining Sales and Marketing collateral including Product Bulletins, Hints, Tips and Tricks, How To Guides, etc
Preparation and presentation of the Platform together with different implementation scenarios with other systems on a pre and post sales basis.

Provide a managed service to clients wishing to use our services for sending out HTML emails
Work with clients to implement advanced integration & automation projects
Provide In-Depth Reporting & Analysis for clients utilising multiple data sets
Ensure client projects run smoothly, on-time and client is satisfied
Contribute to all aspects of the client services team working with and supporting colleagues where required

Passionate about learning new technologies
Capable of working as part of a development team on a single complex project
Web based database driven application development using OO PHP, ExtJS, Javascript
Open Source environment (Linux / MySQL)
Proven experience in development of complex web applications
Able to work as part of a dynamic and innovative team
