A tailored training programme is provided to each client, including on-site, web-based, self-paced multimedia guides or a combination of all three as necessary.
An Implementation Consultant will also be assigned to project manage the set-up of your account, including integration, migration of users to Maxemail, installation of website tracking codes and configuration of custom deliverability settings.
Our service does not stop there; you will continue to enjoy unlimited access to our support staff via phone and email for as long as you are with us.
