Tracking and Reporting

Each open, click-thru, opt-in, bounce and unsubscribe is recorded by our Maxemail software. These statistics are then sent to you as part of our comprehensive reports which includes graphical representation of key trends and lists of recipients who opened or clicked thru on the email.

Unsubscribe and Bounce Management

Maxemail will automate the management of unsubscribes and bounces so you do not have to carry out any manual updates. This information is then sent back to you so your CRM database can be updated.
