Maxemail
is designed to be deployed in a team-based environment. Different
individuals, teams and departments can have their own logins
and space to work enabling management to easily compare the
performance of each teams email campaigns against each other.
User
logins
Each
user of Maxemail can have a login with defined access rights.
This means junior staff perhaps do not have campaign approval
rights so no campaigns are sent without management approval
while other staff who might only be interested in tracking
reports can have a read-only login.
Testing
There are two ways in which you can test an email before it
is sent. Firstly there is an option to send a single email
to any specified address. Secondly you can send a test version
to a set of addresses you have nominated as test records.
This saves you having to set-up a separate campaign for testing
your email.
Approval
process
No email can be sent until it has been approved by an authorised
user. Users can access a special screen where it will list
all of the campaigns awaiting approval and from here can send
test emails, change the status to approved, adjust the start
time of the campaign and pause any approved campaigns.
Separate
department spaces
Each department can have their own separate area for their
lists, campaigns and templates. This ensures different areas
of your business can not use data that you do not want them
to have access to and enables management to compare the performance
of each department.
