Maxemail Content Management module is a specialist solution
designed to enable marketers without HTML skills to
quickly edit their email templates without losing the
professional look and feel of the design.

templates in Dreamweaver to carry out advanced editing
of any pages that require forms or scripts to be used.
Improved HTML rendering in email clients
Each
email client such as Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo, Outlook and
Lotus Notes interprets HTML in different ways affecting
how the message is displayed.
With
the content management module Emailcenter ensure each
of your templates is compatible with all of the major
email clients. The editor can then be configured to
ensure no incompatible HTML can be used. This guarantees
your recipients will see your message as you intended.
Integrated with Maxemail
The
content management module works hand in hand with Maxemail
and its approval process. Key elements of this integration
include:
- Automated
creation of image location references and full link
addresses. I.E. Maxemail will automatically change
the image address of /images/logo.gif in your email
to the correct absolute address of http://www.company.com/images/logo.gif.
This saves users from having to manually change every
image address and link.
- One-click
refreshing of email content
- Customisable
toolbars for adding in personalisation fields and
an unsubscribe link
Reduce the
load on your website
Every
time an email is opened the images in that email are
downloaded from your website. These downloads and the
click-thru’s from your emails place your website
under enormous load when a large campaign is sent. In
addition Website Administrators are often reluctant
to give marketers direct access to the web server so
they cannot create their own landing pages, surveys,
polls or microsites as required.
With
the content management module you have the option of
Emailcenter creating your own web server with your own
custom domain name that you have full access to. This

you the flexibility to create web pages whenever you
