Managing
your data lists is made easy with Maxemail. Lists can be uploaded
via a CSV file, through sign-up forms on your website or automated
data transfer from your database. Unlike other solutions Maxemail
is designed to work with multiple lists and has a number of
advanced features that bring immediate benefits to your database
team.

Unlimited profile fields
Against
any email address you can have unlimited numbers of text,
numeric and date fields. Any of these fields can then be used
for personalising or segmenting your campaigns.

De-duplication
Lists
are automatically de-duplicated to ensure no email address
receives the same email more than once.

Data append
When
you have new email addresses, or if you wish to update a lists
profile information with data you captured offline you can
simply append it to a list rather than having to create a
brand new list.
This
might be refreshing your lists in Maxemail once a week with
all the information held in your purchase database about each
customer.
By
appending this information to an existing list, as opposed
to creating a brand new list assists marketers in maintaining
all of the unsubscribe information easily.

Exclude lists
There
can be times when you have a group of people you do not wish
to send to but no easy way of excluding them from your database.
For example these could be email addresses that have bounced
or people whom have already signed up for the event you are
promoting. With Maxemail you can simply attach these to a
campaign and they will be excluded, even if they appear in
other lists.

Unsubscribe Management
An unsubscribe link can be added to the email message that
when recipients click on they get redirected to a confirmation
page and their record is flagged in Maxemail as unsubscribed.
They will automatically be removed from future campaigns.

Automated collection & reporting
of bounces
With
Maxemail all of the bounces come back into Maxemail rather
than as an email message to one of your accounts. As a result
you can simply download a CSV file of all your bounces.

Re-sending to soft-bounces
Maxemail will continue to re-send to soft bounces where
there might be a temporary error for up to 3 days.

Exclusion of hard bounces
Maxemail will exclude email addresses that have hard bounced
after a specified number of times.
