Custom data reports
Custom reports can be generated based upon any information tracked by Maxemail and any information held against your list members profile. For example you may wish to see a list of people who clicked on a particular link. These reports can be saved in a number of formats including CSV, XML or Excel.


ROI tracking
In order to give you an idea how effective your email marketing is in generating online sales Maxemail users can utilise our ROI tracking feature. This captures all of a recipients activity after they have clicked-thru from the email to identify where people are exiting the site, how much people are ordering and what your overall conversion rate is for the campaign.

Emails do not have to be looked at in isolation. Instead you can compare campaigns over time and look for specific or campaigns that are off your own benchmark figures. Reports are available that compare opens, bounces, click-thru’s and conversions showing an average figure for your campaigns to easily see which are above or below this line.
