Maxemail provides an innovative visual feedback tool for teams to provide comments and changes required on an email.

Compared to sending and receiving changes as part of a chain of emails the process is made much easier, clearer and faster as the editor can see all changes and comments in one place, and clearly labelled as the commenter can draw annotations on top of the creative.

Each round of changes is archived, with each commenter's notes clearly displayed in separate colours giving a full audit trail.

 
Testing & Approval tools

Each email campaign requires a whole host of checks before it can be deployed. Maxemail provides comprehensive options for this:

• The Inbox Preview tool to see how the email renders in each email client, who is being sent the email and what personalisation & dynamic content will be displayed for each recipient
• An error checker that looks for common mistakes such as broken links or lack of unsubscribe links
• Send to samples to a seed list or single addresses
• Inbox Monitoring at the major ISP's and webmail providers, plus a spam checking tool to analyse your email content
• Approval process to ensure only those authorised can send email campaigns

User access rights & Workspaces
