Email Reporting & Analytics

Detailed analytics to aid decision making

Most email service providers track similar metrics such as opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribe's and even how much revenue the email campaign has generated. What sets the Maxemail analytics apart is the way the information is presented so you can quickly and easily take action upon the reports without simply being bombarded with meaningless numbers.

  • Track opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribe's and viral activity
  • Track through to the website and sale to show how many conversions/purchases and revenue was generated from each email
  • Drill down to see who opened, clicked, purchased etc from the email
  • Integrate reporting statistics with your CRM and external databases
  • Heatmap report shows click-thru and conversion activity on top of your creative
  • Use the Comparison reports tool to identify trends over a series of campaigns
  • Domain reporting shows your bounce, open and click-thru rate at the likes of Hotmail, AOL and Yahoo as an additional deliverability metric
  • Funnel reports identify any significant exit points across the funnel such as landing pages not achieving the conversion rates required
  • Build lists based upon reports for additional follow-up emails or suppression lists
  • Inbox Seeding shows whether the email lands in the inbox, junk mail folder or was completely rejected before, during and after the email campaign was sent
  • Track viral activity through the email-a-friend function

Cross-tab segmentation reporting

Analyse results in a series of emails broken down by segments of a database. Compare two separate types of segmentation and view the email performance between them.

Run a report on one segment of a database and compare it with another segment to further drill down into how specific segments are performing. For example, it is now possible to not only compare how Males perform against Females, but also to compare how males of a certain age compare against females of a certain age.
