This is the first post in a series looking at some of the unsung heros of Maxemail. The series will highlight features that don’t normally grab all of the headlines, but can make your life just that little bit easier.
As another Monday begins we find ourselves back at our desks, staring in mild confusion at whatever we were doing on Friday afternoon.
It seems as if a different person altogether began those half finished documents, scribbled the now illegible notes and circled items of interest that hold no meaning to you anymore.
Wouldn’t it be great to have a reminder of what you were doing last time you were at your desk?
We think so.
That’s why all users of Maxemail have access to the system’s inbuilt activity log.
Not only does it let you see exactly what you were up to last time you were in the system, it also lets you locate exactly where you put that new list or what name you gave the draft email you started working on, but forgot about. Once you’ve found the item you’re looking for on the event log you can also double click to jump straight back to where you were.
To find this feature, go to the ‘Tools’ drop down and select ‘Activity Log’.
It’s a definite life saver for a Monday morning…
