Following on from the awards we have received in recent years, for our work with toptable.com and responsibletravel.com we are delighted to add cottages4u to this list of industry-leading advanced email marketing campaigns, that we have gained acclaim for.
Emailcenter aided cottages4u in creating a personalised email campaign aimed at helping customers choose their next holiday cottage. We did this by reminding customers of their last holiday that they booked via the cottages4u website. This element of the email was designed to capture the attention of the customer.
Once the customer had finished reminiscing about their previous holiday, they were presented with a range of specially selected cottages to tempt them into booking their next holiday. The selected cottages were chosen with each individual subscriber in mind, using a propensity model based on a number of different criteria.
